He's shy around new people that come in, so he's passed over time and again. He wants to test you with his anti-love, crusty exterior, but he's really just a sweet snuggle bug at heart with his fosters. He has a good soul and just needs the right person with a little patience. He's waiting for someone to stop staring at him or rejecting him and to take a chance on him. It's just so unfair for him!
